Hi guys, I know this has exact post at the top of the page, but I would like to remind everyone of something. If you are going to post a application under this topic you MUST follow the correct layout. I have seen too many posts with incorrect formats, and some of them get locked because of this. The layout is here for a reason, being specific and organized is a good thing to see on someones Application. So please, follow the correct format.
