-I am online often
-I'm patient when helping people
-I'm mature (which gives the server a better reputation if you have mature staff)
-I'm experienced (I've owned, administrated, and moderated many servers over the last few years)
-Why would we make you a staff member?
-You should hire me because I am a mature & friendly guy with alot of experience, I'd be online often, I'd be glad to deal with issues on the server, and I could promise you everyone would like me. You wouldn't regret hiring me.
